3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate project information

• Respond in a timely manner

• Make payments as per agreed terms

Delays in communication may delay project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the project agreement

• Delayed payments may pause ongoing work

• Advance payments are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified)

5. Project Delivery

Timelines depend on the scope, changes, and client response time.
Any additional features beyond the agreed scope may cost extra.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Losses caused by misuse of the software

• Issues caused by third-party services, plugins, or hosting

• Damages due to unauthorized modifications by the client

7. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of New Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jurisdiction of New Delhi. The arbitration shall take place at New Delhi according to the rules and proceedings of the “Court of Arbitration” of New Delhi.
