1. Service-Based Refunds

Since we provide digital and customized development services, refunds are generally not applicable once:

• Work has started

• Resources have been allocated

• Designs, development, or planning has begun

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

• No work has been started after payment

• There is a clear failure from our side to deliver the initial agreed scope

• A written request is made within 7 days of payment

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds for:

• Delays caused by client-side communication

• Change of mind after work is started

• Completed or partially completed project modules

• Third-party service charges (domains, hosting, plugins, APIs)

4. Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project anytime, but payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
